Please be on time or arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment a late fee will be charged. The fee will be collected at your next appointment. We respect your time so please respect ours.

Please call at least 2 hours in advance to cancel an appointment. If you do not call, you will be charged and sent a bill for the time you were allotted. Please respect our staff, we are here to service you.

WHAT TO EXPECT BEFORE, DURING AND AFTER YOUR MASSAGE.

Prior to your massage, you will meet with your massage therapist and discuss your purpose for the appointment. From your explanation a massage plan will be set up to assist you in your recovery or relaxation goals.

During the massage (depending on which one you select), you will be asked about your comfort level. This is a time for you to relax and enjoy your service. If the massage therapist needs to reposition you he or she will move you or ask for your assistance. For clients with injuries you will need to inform the massage therapist of how you feel during the massage. By giving us this information we are able to treat you according to your injury. If you are getting a spa or wellness massage talking is optional although most clients prefer to enjoy the massage with music. Just do what comes natural to you to help you relax.

After your massage, please be careful when you get off the table. Some clients experience deep relaxation and feel dizzy when getting up too fast. Take your time and gain your balance. Get dressed and come to the front desk. You may not feel a dramatic change right away but pay attention to your body in the following days. You will notice changes such as, pain relief, increased mobility, and reduced stress. Please drink plenty of fluids preferrably water to flush out toxins in your body released during your massage.
